XVilka Currently, this feedback site requires third-party login, e.g., GitHub or Twitter. Another option is creating a completely new account. It would be nice to share the same login with Kagi since it doesn't make sense without the Kagi account.
NoGoogle I like/agree with this so long as it's still possible to create an entirely separate account for both Kagi.com and KagiFeedback.com so that we're able to separate data and identities from one another if some prefer to.
bisa There is no reason I should have to sign up for a new account just to submit bugs. I have a Kagi-account. Allow me to submit bugs from that.
Vlad bisa Would appreciate if you respected the forum and the users by choosing an appropriate username.
Garbee One method that could help support this being done is making a custom oAuth 2 login system. Kagi accounts can open support for it. Then the feedback forum(s) should be able to get some plugins that allow for adding a generic oAuth endpoint in. That would alleviate some of the design since it is implementing a known functioning abstraction.
