Create Thread in Folder Not Working

What happened:
I noticed that at some point after a recent update, the button next to a folder to create a thread inside of it stopped working. It will instead just put the thread outside of the folder in the default new thread location.

Steps to recreate:
If you click the create thread button next to a folder (it still shows "New thread in [folder]" above the prompt), after you send the prompt, it creates the thread outside of the folder. I've been able to recreate this behaviour on Firefox desktop, Firefox mobile, Vivaldi mobile, and the Kagi assistant app for android.

It should create the new thread inside the folder.

When I click the new thread button associated with a folder, I get a chat prompt to create a new chat in that folder, but the chat is always added to the general uncategorized list of threads instead. It would be nice if this worked, it would make it easier to keep things organized.

I expected the new chat thread to actually be placed into the folder I clicked the new thread button on.
