There is no way to navigate threads from the keyboard. It would be nice if it were possible to scroll up and down and focus the search threads box.
After submitted a prompt, could press something to focus the threads, then use j/k or other keys to navigate up and down. Maybe shift-/ to focus the thread search box, etc.
