Once again I am asking Kagi dev team to revert login procedure changes. As I am using firefox focus on iOS, I need to login every time I restart my browser.
With the addition of the new login screen I need to access my password manager twice, one time to autofill my email address, another time to autofill my password. Which would be even more annoying for users who unlock their password manager with a master password instead of FaceID.
Additionally my password sometimes doesn’t even let me log in. I need to go back, input my autofilled email address again, then tap continue, then autofill my password again. It may seem like a minor incovienience, but it actually makes using kagi on mobile cumbersome.
I’ve expected the old login screen, which seemed to work just fine. I can’t see how the recent changes improve user experience.
