Expected behavior:
I expected a relevant inline news section with the latest headlines, more specifically regarding the Elon vs Apple scandal.

Brave Search does this surprisingly well:

Whereas Kagi:

Kagi has Interesting Finds, although it's not really recent events that are the most relevant to the query.

If you want that kind of material you can go on social media and you'll never be out of the loop. Let the search engine focus on bringing information that is more long term.
