Steps to reproduce:
Block YouTube.com in the Personalized Results Settings
Search for something that would bring up the Videos section.
Expected behavior:
Videos would not include any videos at YouTube.com because it was selected to be "Blocked" in the Personalized Results Settings.
Actual behavior:
Some Videos include those hosted by YouTube.com despite that site being Blocked.
