In the "All" tab of search results, there is a "Summarize" button that generates a summary of the target and shows it in-line on the results page.
But in the "News" tab of search results, there is no such button. Instead there is a "+" menu with an "Open link in Summarize" option. This takes you away from the results page to a "Universal Summarizer" page.
It would be nice if this UX were more consistent, i.e. if the News tab had the same in-line summarize option as the All tab, showing a summary without taking you out of the results context.
We could view a summary of a news result similarly to a 'non-news' search result.
