The speech-to-text function can't seem to handle pauses.

Transcription stops after pause in speaking even though app still indicates it's listening
I notice that in my recording that when I end my initial talking that an "end sound recording" sound is played, which I don't hear when not recording the screen. (Probably because I always have my phone on silent)
It would be nice if the app could start a new transcription after a pause in speaking.
(Haven't tested it on desktop)

Sometimes I just need to think about what I want to say.
