Usage Details AI Cost column missing

Head to Settings/Billing/Usage Details. The whole AI Cost column is missing.

Heya,

We currently do not show the AI cost column for trial (free) and standard accounts because those are interaction based and not necessarily cost based.
You can see your interactions on the main billing overview page for those account types.

Perhaps we could show the interactions used there for at least standard instead, or just show cost but it's a bit confusing UX when we don't display cost elsewhere for those account types.

thanks pixel, that is good to know. I agree it is a little confusing. In my case I hit a usage limit with only 88/300 Assistant interactions and there is no way of figuring out where exactly I cooked through these tokens. Thanks again for the info.

Yeah - that is not supposed to happen.
The whole point of the interactions is that you don't reach the cost based threshold before it happens, which is something we need to look into and tune for sure.

If you reach out to support@kagi.com, we can look into it and tell you where the cost went (assuming your threads are still there, if they are deleted then we can't tell) - as well as resetting your usage limit so you can continue using it. (you can just tell them I sent you there from this thread)

Otherwise, you can also do so by going into each thread and clicking the (i) icon to see the total cost of thread and see what models are costing you the most.

I'll bring it up internally for us to review as well.
