1) Use page up/down to scroll through pages of results.
2) See a result you want to get to; press arrow down to attempt to focus.
Result:
Results scroll to top, and first result is highlighted.
Desired:
Arrow down should highlight the first result in the current viewpane, no matter how it was scrolled to.
