Under the regions dropdown in search have not only a list of countries but next to the International option also include larger regions like North America, Europe etc.
An alternative would be to allow excluding countries or select multiple countries, which I imagine maybe easier to implement.
I frequently find that I want to search for a something available near my home country (Germany), but I do not want to limit the results to only my home country, but I do want to exclude Asia and America due to shipping costs (searching for products) or travel costs (searching for hiking locations).
The same idea would apply for example in the USA, where you may by interested in both American and Canadian results. This avoids having to repeat searches for multiple countries.
