I go to the "Documents" tab, upload a document file, and click "Translate" and then I get "Another large upload is already being processed". I don't upload anything else and my Documents 24h history on the side bar is empty. I am on the ultimate plan. I tried with both firefox and orion, on macos.

This happens even with any file I tried, even a minimal test file, eg one created by
echo "This is a test document" > test_doc.txt
I expected to translate it.
