First off, loving Kagi, keep up the good work!
I've noticed recently that I'm getting strange rankings for subdomain websites. Specifically I've got a 'lower' ranking for 'apps.microsoft.com', now when I search something where I'm expecting a MSDN page, it's also marked lower in the rankings, even if I pin 'learn.microsoft.com' and refresh.
If I then delete the lower ranking for 'apps.microsoft.com', and enter my specific search again 'learn.microsoft.com' is correctly pinned.
This is all using the search term of: windows error codes msdn
So it seems that earlier rankings of a subdomain affect later added rankings of different subdomains until they're deleted.
It's also worth mentioning that I don't have anything like '*.microsoft.com' in the personalised search results page.
