Wikipedia widget isn't switching to hoagie sandwiches correctly

Search "hoagie". The wikipedia widget for "Hoagie roll" will appear. Click on "hoagie sandwiches" in the body text. The wikipedia widget will show the article for "Universal Basic Guys", an animated sitcom unrelated to hoagie sandwiches.

Expected: Hoagie sandwiches in the wikipedia widget.

I just encountered the same issue with a different search query:

Search "pierre klossowsky", the Wikipedia widget for that person will appear
Hover on the link to "Baltus", noting that the URL preview is, correctly, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balthus
Click the "Baltus" link
The widget flips to the Wikipedia article titled "Balthus Through the Looking Glass", a documentary film
Visit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balthus directly—the Wikipedia article is titled "Baltus" and is about the painter

There's a similar mismatch when clicking the link for "Breslau" in the initial "Pierre Klossowsky" widget, which goes to an article about the "Breslau Eleven" instead of the article about the Polish city Wrocław.
