All SlopStop reports got marked as "not slop"

All previously open reports got marked as "not slop" all of a sudden

I'm sorry, if you believe those are not AI slop, then I dont know what is. They are very clearly entirely AI generated pages with AI images.

This is just a few examples and they all got marked as "not slop". Whoever reviewed them should stop doing reviews.

Disappointing, the same thing happened to my reports. Though in my case the AI slop sites were not in English, and I wonder how the decision process works, since I don't expect Kagi to have people going over the reports who can speak the languages.
I expect they are using an LLM themselves to judge the submissions, which might be counterproductive.

I've had this issue as well, from what I can see if the "blog post" had a named author, it will get flagged as not slop even when everything is clearly ai generated. Honestly I think the tools out there right now for text (like Hive Moderation and Pangram) are really weak at detecting generative text, even though Hive is really good at photo detection.

Noticed this as well for a website called creatures.com. They show up prominently in search when searching for animal pictures. I believe SOME of the content on the site is human generated, but all of the species images are not. Are you telling me someone managed to get perfect front-facing photos of every single animal there, in photogenic locations, with perfect, consistent lighting?

No way. But I guess Kagi maybe has too many users to review these submissions manually, thoroughly, anyway.

I tought maybe it's the youtube anti scrape ore something that prevent seeing and the system preflag but no the other link just above was "slopped".

Note: a lot of "not slop" that i see are site that went down. Si i guess I was right and either way the sites go down before evaluation.
