It seems there is a constant answer that will begin with "while there is single "xxx", there is a "yyy". Instead of phrasing the answer in a way that sort of "patronises" what the user is asking, try to have the instant answer understand what the user's question is trying to convey. If this method is a communicative effort coded within the ai itself, possibly try to reword how the language is interpreted and present the answer more effectively, as well as with more mutual understanding than it is initially introduced.
This is just a feature fix, and i believe revamping the instant answer with more detailed explanations and various methods of analysing the questions will make for a more accurate and efficient solution to what is being asked.
