When using a bang to filter search results by date (my bang is pre! — https://kagi.com/search?q=%s&to_date=2022-11-30 — which filters out search results pre-November 2022) the filtering does not carry over when switching between initial web results and news results. This also relates to feature request #11058 (Add date ranges for image/video/podcast search results), in that I would expect the carryover of date filtering to apply to any search result format type if introduced for other formats.
