I noticed lately that the assistant takes unusually long for startup, usually 1 to 3 seconds, but it seems to be almost random. Once it loaded, performance is fine as usual though.
Can you check if the last big update introduced any startup performance bottlenecks? I really liked the responsiveness of just typing '!ai' and almost immediately having the page loaded.
