When searching in regular web search with a time filter applied, suggested videos don't respect the time filter. E.g. in the search below videos from 6 years ago are the main suggested videos when the range is "past year"
Below is the result of searching "sc2 zerg diamond coaching"
Steps to reproduce:
Search for anything that might have videos suggested (in this case sc2) then filter for a time range (e.g. "within the past year")
Expected behavior:
Videos that are suggested are from the time range, or at least videos not in the time range are behind the "show more"
