If I enter a math function into Kagi search (e.g., 300/800 as a simple example), the results show a condensed fraction (e.g., 3/8) with an option to click a drop down to show a decimal (e.g., .375). In other words, Kagi defaults to showing me that an equation will reduce to a simpler fraction rather than the decimal. I (and I expect others) would not prefer this result. My first thought is ("huh, neat that it reduces!") and my second thought is ("well, that's not especially helpful"). Lest someone think ("oh, that math in your example is obvious"), I've had it happen with many digit long fractions. I know some may be able to just instantly do these conversions, but, respectfully, you're probably not the target audience here 🙂.
I expected the math result to present me with a decimal answer rather than a simplified fraction.
