Hi - translations were disabled in June (except for non-English to English) because the cost of translating into every language was too high.
Since English isn't my first language either, I understand how useful this is. From what I've read on Discord, the team is considering making translations an Ultimate-only feature, so it might be worth waiting for an official announcement
