I would like to have the option for subfolders for the new folder feature in the assistant.
Think of a programmer writing code in multiple programming languages who uses the assistant for documentation research and stuff (so, not in an agentic way, just as a fancy "rubber duck"), but also for other things that are not related to programming. They might put all threads on programming in one folder. Such a programmer, however, might want to further distinguish between different programming languages, different projects or what have you. With a subfolder management system, such a programmer could put all threads relating to projects written in Python in one subfolder of the programming folder, while those relating to C++ in another and those relating to JavaScript in a third subfolder.
A user could also emulate multiple flags (the thing that was dropped when implementing the folder feature) with these subfolders.
