NSFW results when searching for "xteink black vs white" while safe search is turned on

After searching for "xteink black vs white" I noticed some NSFW results under the More Results section. The following combinations in any order yield NSFW search results in More Results:

"xteink white"
"xteink black vs"
"xteink black vs white"

All NSFW results contain "twink", so "xteink" is probably where the confusion is coming from.

Safe Search is turned on.

Searching "xteink black vs white" should yield results comparing the black and white color option of an eink reader by the company XTEINK.

From which country are you searching as I cannot reproduce this.

Luis Yes, I'm still seeing the results and my default region is International. USA shows the same NSFW results but Germany not for example.

Showing results without personalizations doesn't fix it either. The NSFW results are still only in the More Results section.
