I used image search to find an image. Kagi reports the type as jpeg, but when I try to save the image it's a WEBP. This happens with all access methods including
1) right-click + Save As
2) View link
3) Download link
I observed this behavior with two different images on the same search:
https://kagi.com/images?q=claude+cowork+logo&order=2#img:https://highload.tech/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/60ac0be3-730c-4d4f-83f7-04b3abe7d824_2000x1000.jpeg

I expected a JPEG available to download or a Kagi to report the type as WEBP.
WEBP are pretty annoying in image search. They're not as easy to work with as other raster image formats. I wish I could filter them out, or have a "download as ___" button on image search that handles conversation for me.
