I'm a paying user, and Translate app works fine when just opening the app directly, but if I try to use one of the android shortcuts (Look up word, for example), it thinks I'm logged out and blocking access.
Shortcuts are accessed by holding your finger on the translate app icon until the shortcuts appear, then selecting a shortcut.
This has been going on ever since Kagi has restricted free accounts, and this happens on three different android devices that I have tested, all on the latest android 16, and one on android 17.
Please resolve
The shortcuts should acknowledge that i'm already signed into the main app and let me use the shortcut as normal.
