What the hell did you do?! All my work within Kagi was based on Kimi K2.5 (Reasoning).

All my custom agents were using this specific model. It's excellent for deep research and it's very COST EFFECTIVE.

Kimi K2.6 is more than TWICE as expensive as Kimi K2.5 for essentially the same results.

Why are you doing such drastic change without your paying customers consent and without any prior announcement or consultation?!

It makes me rethink if I should continue using Kagi at all now.

RETURN GOOD, COST EFFECTIVE MODELS that you purged overnight!!!

There is no reason not to have CHEAP and GOOD models along with the more expensive and arguably not more advanced ones.

You have made everyone's work with Assistants twice more expensive for no good reason!

Yeah I'm also starting to feel annoyed. Kagi Assistant used to be nice, but the new UI sucks, search doesn't find relevant words in threads that I now have to search by hand etc.

I think we should just walk away shrug

+1 !!! Kagi Assistant needs more affordable Chinese models, such as Moonshot’s Kimi K2.5 and similar options. PLease ensure they remain consistently available instead of disappearing from the lineup.

I would also appreciate if the Grok integration could be configured with less ideological filtering and less WOKE in tone. The appeal of Grok is that it doesn’t language police and berate like I'm a stupid child.

+1. I have been using K2.5 all the time and it was a big part of the reason I paid for Kagi (to pair it with Kagi search). The other models are either too slow, too expensive or too dumb, K2.5 is the perfect middle ground.
