URL Placement in search results: Add "Above Title" option

Give users an option to show the URL in search results above the title, rather than below it. This matches the appear of DuckDuckGo, Google, etc. search results pages.

DuckDuckGo has an option in their settings:

So instead of this,

we have an option for this:

It's what DDG and Google use by default. I'm used to it at this point 🤷‍♂️

Personally, I like to see the website before I look at the title, anyway.
