Currently the homepage tabs shows "Country | State" and it's unnecessary clutter as the user would already know which country the state belongs to. So I think it'll be better to show only state name in homepage tabs. It would be useful to keep the "Country | State" format in category list though.
In this screenshot, an Australia and Victoria tab would be way more cleaner than repeating Australia again in Victoria tab.
