Hey team,
I recognize this is an absolute bottom of the barrel priority but I’d love a feature to text Kagi and get results from either Quick Answer or the Assistant.
As for user experience it allows for quick answers while staying in the present moment.
I use a dumb phone (light phone) and currently use a service called “text it search it” which leverages some AI service (perplexity?) to give short answers to things. It’s great for staying in the moment and when I don’t need to dig through a handful of sites pages to find what I’m looking for. I believe Google has something similar for Gemini on Pixel phones. I’m happy with the service I use but enjoy Kagi’s results more and privacy policy. I imagine this using either Kagi Quick Answer or the Assistant.
It could serve as an on ramp to new users as well on mobile if they could get 10 free searches or something. Maybe?
