In the left sidebar, there should be a list of all threads with the newest at the top. When a thread is put in a folder, it should still remain in this list. This “threads by date” could be a turn-down area you could hide.

I was using tags to help organize my Assistant threads. Now they are in a single folder each; fine. But it’s confusing when the threads disappear from the list of all threads.
This might be a preference for some workflows. Put it away in a folder and it is hidden. But I often work based on timeline. Going back through things I worked on the last few days or weeks. It is a nice memory prompt.
Having to remember where I filed something or a keyword to search on is a regression from my perspective.
I could just not use folders, and I think then it would remain a simple list sorted by date. But you have already put all my tagged items into folders for me. So I can’t see how to mass un-tag (un-folder) everything.
