In an Orion Private session.
In the new Kagi Assistant.
Click Settings in lower left.
Click Appearance and change some settings.
Click Save. Close browser session.
Start a new session and Appearance settings are back to default.
I always run my Orion sessions in private mode with all data removed after I close the browser. With the new Assistant, this means I cannot save my appearance preferences. In other Kagi products, appearance settings stay with the account, not browser.
Expected action: I click save and my appearance settings are saved with my account and appear on all new sessions regardless of device.
My guess is you were thinking you might want different appearance on mobile and desktop, but saving data per browser (local) is not a good solution for this; as detailed above.
Also it would be nice if these appearance settings correlate to the broader appearance settings under the main Kagi settings (theme colors and such). Right now they seem to be completely separate.
