I spent a bit clicking on the button trying to enable web search before getting the pop-up that web search is now always enabled for Assistant core models. It looks turned off even though it is actually on:

Maybe a slide toggle would be better for this rather than having the button color carry three different states. If not that, then a better color schedule that makes it clearer what's going or some other UI improvement is needed to better distinguish "the button is not available" from "the feature is off".
