The em dash has become the de facto "I'm using AI" sign. Of course, "proofread" is AI, but there's a difference between a whole prompted comment and something I wrote by myself that I just checked for grammar. 
Maybe a toggle? I see people using em dashes naturally, but they are certainly not common on the web, where most people end up pasting the output of Kagi Proofread.
