Kagi isn't hosted on or tunnelled through Cloudflare, except for kagifeedback.org. All other Kagi products are hosted on GCP and the domain is registered with Godaddy. Where the domain is hosted, also, doesn't matter for user privacy. Or are you talking about the captchas?
