ReviOS (https://github.com/meetrevision/playbook) is an AME (https://amelabs.net/) playbook, basically an open source way to easily modifying windows to be more focused and user friendly.
I have github pinned in search results
When searching for "ReviOS" in kagi, the very first result is the fork account https://github.com/flaviusrzv/ReviOS, which contains playbooks that AME fortunately flags and alerts the user that the playbook is malware.
The listing github.com/flaviusrzv/ReviOS should be hidden as malicious. There needs to be a way to mark github accounts as malicious, but not github itself.
