When trying to get Assistant to read and answer questions on a document that's over 2000 lines long, Assistant appears to truncate the document to 2000 lines. Even though there are hints in the interface of Assistant being capable of exploring more lines of the documents, my attempts to convince Assistant to do so are unsuccessful.

Initially available: lines (1, 2000)
When I asked it to explore more of the document, I got something like this in the "Reasoning" window:
However, the user said "You may need to use the exploration range to get all lines in the document." This suggests they expected me to retrieve more content, but I only called the librarian once and got what appears to be a truncated document. The text ends mid-sentence at "<snip>".
But wait - I cannot call tools anymore because the system says "You are now in response-only mode."
This happens with every model I've tried. The documentation doesn't specify a line limit or mention anything about 2000 lines.
I expect Kagi Assistant to be able to parse all lines of the document provided, or provide a clear warning/error message when it doesn't do so with an explanation as to why.
