Android: use online text-to-speech

Currently the Kagi Translate app for Android is using the device's TTS. On my device the TTS is very limited and can't read most things.

I suggest that an online TTS is made available, like for the web app.

I find TTS useful when communicating face-to-face with people who don't speak English, so it's an important feature to me.

Why don't you install a different TTS option?

Emu7037 ~~I installed SherpaTTS now, but it tries to read everything with an English voice 🤷~~

Seems it was because I had English as target language in Kagi Translate (somehow it was reversed). But, the setup wasn't pain-free, and the list of supported languages is still limited. TTS apps are a jungle.
