If I am on the News tab and I search for multiple terms with one or more in quotes, I frequently get few or no results. This seems to occur with greatest frequency if the term is relatively rare. (I.e., in the case where narrowing the search to just the ones containing the exact term would be most useful.)
For example, I am currently researching a company. (Flock Safety) Both the company and its critics throw the word "weaponized" around a lot. The company's technology is being "weaponized." The company's critics have "weaponized" this or that.
But If I search for:
Flock Safety "weaponized"
I get no results.
If I search for:
Flock Safety weaponized
I get dozens of results, many of which contain the word "weaponized" exactly as searched for.
I expected the search to filter the results to only those that contain the exact quoted search term. (I.e., 1, 2, 3, and 5 but not 4 in the example above.)
