It would be useful to see a list of blocked/excluded domains when performing a search. One can usually presume what domains are included/excluded for a particular search, but this would be good for transparency to the user (or rather, users' transparency to themselves). I can foresee a (i)-type button just to the right of "Show results without personalisation.", as below.

A list of domains, along with (potentially) the ability to change their blocked status, would then be displayed in a similar pop-up pane as for the shield icon next to individual results. One could also include search personalisations more generally, like domain ranking.
