IPhone SE 2: language/order by/time/... bar missing

Steps to reproduce:
Search something with Kagi on an iPhone SE with Safari.
language/order by/time/... bar is missing

Expected behavior:
See the language/order by/time/... bar like with this iPhone 11 Pro

Same on iPhone SE 3, tried it just now.
