Setting "AI Images" to None in image search doesn't prevent them from appearing in web results

The preference of setting "AI Images" to None in image search is remembered correctly.

However, it doesn't apply to images that appear inline with web search results.

These images are shown:
{mushroom house images embedded in web search results that include some AI images}

Some are clearly AI generated, and do not appear when selecting the Images tab itself.

If "AI Images" are disabled in image search for the account, they should not appear in web search results.

AI images are removed from inline images regardless of the filtering setting, so these are images that are bypassing our filters.
