Redirect rules can naturally get quite large; the current single line textbox makes them difficult to edit on mobile. The rule textbox should be multiline (maybe 10 lines?) and wrapped to make it easier to see the whole thing without having to awkwardly cursor scroll left to right, which is difficult on mobile.
Usage would be the same as it is now, just more mobile friendly.
