[Bug] Assistant thread history dates do not update dynamically when an old chat is continued

When I open an older Kagi Assistant thread (e.g., one located under "Previous 7 days") and continue chatting in it, the thread does not move to the "Today" category. It remains stuck in its original time category until I refresh or completely force close the browser or PWA.

Expected behavior: The thread should show within "Today" on the sidebar as soon as a new prompt is sent.
Environment: Tested and reproduced on the Vanadium Browser, Brave browser and Brave PWA.
