Currently, Kagi Translate does not remember my preferred translation mode. If I select the "Best" mode, close the tab, and then open translate.kagi.com in a new tab, the selection on the new tab is back to default. It would be a great quality-of-life improvement if the site remembered the last selected mode (perhaps via local storage) so I don't have to re-select "Best" every time.
If keeping "Best" persistent by default is a concern due to higher translation costs, perhaps this could be added as an opt-in toggle directly within the Kagi account settings? That way, users who prefer it can explicitly enable it for all translations.
