Search term returns no results: almost anything that includes "sleep()"

All of these searches return no results:
linux c sleep()
linux c Sleep() sleep()
c Sleep() sleep()
c Sleep() sleep() usleep()
Sleep() usleep()
windows sleep()

I stopped trying, you get the idea.
Happened a day or two ago also, similar search with some versions of "sleep()" in it.

removing the () works, but I'm not trying to find out how to press my power button
