Progress! Next, I have a tedious request: could you enable your extensions one at a time (you can disable them by right clicking the toolbar icon) and check which one causes the element breakage?

I installed the same set of extensions but was unable to reproduce the issue:

Two things:

What blocklists have you enabled for Orion's built-in content blocker?
Since you use uBlock Origin, you should disable Orion's built-in content blocker since the two are doing the same thing. The best way to do this is to set the default content blocker setting for all websites to Off

I have disabled the Orion blocker globally, yet no progress for the primary profile.

So there must be a determined difference in the config data of the two profiles

If you don't mind, please try Develop → Clear Cookies & Storage for kagifeedback.org just for good measure.

Additionally, could you check if you have the same issue on https://orionfeedback.org?

Besides those, I don't have much else to suggest for now.

Clear Cookies and Storage for website did not have an effect.

If I go to orionfeedback.org with the primary profile then the lelemts render correctly. If I return to kagifeedback.org the elemets do not render.

Yet with a fresh profile the lemets render on kagifeedback.org.

That's weird.

They use two separate accounts for now. That will be improved in the future as the team is well aware of how annoying it is.
