Until recently, searching for a major website (specifically The Guardian newspaper, BBC News and Hackernews) would return their homepage as the top result.
In the case of BBC News and The Guardian, the top result is a news article from their website, while for Hackernews it's a page of documention for a web scraping library (see attached). I've also 'boosted' Hackernews so it should be floating to the top.
Previously, it would return the homepages of these websites as the top result, which is the expected behaviour.
