Keyboard shortcut o does the wrong thing and is not documented

Steps to replicate:

Activate the setting to open results in a new tab.
Make a web search.
Press j to go to the next item.
Press o (this shortcut also seems undocumented in the list accessible by ?).

What actually happens:

The result is opened in the same tab.

Expected:

The result is opened in a new tab.

svenssonaxel I can confirm that Enter follows the settings and open the result in a new tab, and O doesn't and opens the result in the same tab.

The Enter shortcut is built in to the browser so it's doing the right thing by default. The o shortcut is JS-powered and our JS didn't take that option into account. Fixed now.

o is documented now.

The Enter/o shortcut was documented as "Go to highlighted result (or open first result, which would be highlighted) ". The second part worked for o but not for Enter. That's been fixed too.
