I'm a Canadian that, more often than not, search in both English and French on a daily basis. Because of the culture in eastern provinces (Quebec, Northern Ontario, New Brunswick ...) we often work with french or anglophone subjects. Sometimes, it makes more sense to search to search a given subject in a specific language. This create, if I can call it that, the annoyance of switching language region every few searches.
A possible solution is having a Canadian option that doesn't specify search for a specific language. This would combine both French and English results.
