When uploading/submitting only a file as the first query in a thread, the thread's title and subtitle do not actually relate to that file's contents. See an example of this below — in which the file in question is actually a large block of text turned into a .txt file.
I often submit standalone files, particularly when using a custom assistant that already contains the relevant context/instructions for the query in question.
For reference, I have not tested this with multiple files at the same time.
